The Leadership Summit

Melanie led a session called "A Leadership Story" Where she shared her own experience of being put into a leadership position at a young age with no understanding of what it meant to lead well. She challenged attendees to lead with integrity, create a personal mission statement and remember that everyone is a leader - so choose to lead well.
